WebP to JPG
What this does
Converts a WebP image to JPG. WebP is the format most browsers now save when you right-click an image, but many apps (older Photoshop, Word, some phone galleries) still refuse it. JPG opens everywhere.
When to use it
- A downloaded image will not open or attach.
- You need to print or embed the picture in a document.
- Uploading to a site that lists only JPG/PNG.
Good to know
WebP may contain transparency; JPG cannot, so transparent parts turn white. If you need transparency, convert to PNG instead.
