What this does
Shows how much PayPal will deduct from a payment and what you need to charge to receive a target amount after fees. Enter the amount and pick the fee schedule (domestic, international, micropayment).
When to use it
- Invoicing a client so that you net the agreed figure.
- Pricing a product where the fee eats into a thin margin.
Good to know
Fees change by country and account type. The defaults follow PayPal's published standard rates; adjust the percentage and fixed fee to match your account.
