What this does

Turns an image by 90°, 180°, 270° or any angle you type. Right-angle turns are lossless; other angles add a transparent (PNG) or white (JPG) background in the corners.

When to use it

  • Phone photos that show sideways on a computer (EXIF orientation not applied).
  • Scanned pages that came out upside down.
  • Straightening a slightly tilted horizon with a small angle.

Good to know

For tilts under 5°, crop afterwards to remove the empty corners.
